John 12:1-6

In this message from our All Of Me series, When Love Pours Out, we returned to the moment in John 12 when Mary anoints Jesus with costly perfume. What seemed wasteful to some was, in reality, a beautiful act of worship—love expressed without hesitation, calculation, or reserve. Mary’s response invites us to see that true devotion to Jesus is not measured by what is reasonable, but by what love is willing to give.

This sermon called us to consider what it looks like for our own love for Jesus to pour out freely. When our hearts are captured by who He is and what He has done, worship becomes more than words—it becomes a life offered back to Him with gratitude, trust, and joy.

**A quick note before this week’s message: during our Sunday service a winter storm caused a power outage at the theatre, which interrupted our recording for a portion of the sermon. Once power was restored we resumed recording, so you’ll notice a brief jump in the audio.

Thanks for your understanding, and we hope this message encourages you.
