 e key decisions that help guide Hillside forward. It’s both a practical 
 and meaningful gathering—an opportunity to celebrate what God has done a
 nd to move into the coming season with unity and clarity.\nWe’ll begin t
 he morning with a breakfast potluck\, so if you’re attending\, we’d lo
 ve for you to bring something to share. The food adds to the warmth of the
  morning\, but the heart of the gathering is being together.\nTo participa
 te in the voting process\, you must be a registered member of Hillside Chu
 rch. If you’re unable to attend in person\, proxy voting will be availab
